Day 30: Strudel

Today's post is going to be a picture story of how we made apple strudel with Michelle Polzine, the owner of 20th Century Cafe

Strudel Dough
(Slightly over kneaded)
Michelle letting gravity begin to stretch out the dough

Beginning to roll up the strudel

Egg-washed, covered in sugar, with steam vents, and ready to be put in the oven
