This past week was different than any other week thus far. We called it bootcamp week, because we did the same tasks every morning. The goal was to work cleaner, work faster, and create a better product every time we did the same task. I wasn't really able to take pictures as we were trying to work as fast as possible.
Each morning we completed the following tasks:
- 20 minutes of buttercream piping
- Dice carrots (sometimes we had to celery)
- Make 10 quenelles
- Make a crepe cake (which included making the crepes, making pastry cream, and assembling the cake)
- Another task (one day we made biscuits, another day we made ice cream cones)
Here are some of the pictures that I was able to take:

We also made some macarons! It was surprisingly easy.

| Green Macaron Shells |

| They all have feet (yay), but some of them turned into caterpillars (boo)... |

Fillings from left to right: Salted Caramel, Mojito, and Salted Caramel Buttercream (I also filled some with lemon, but they are not pictured here) |
